Fee protection

All fees for courses longer than three months are paid into an independent NZQA Approved trust account held at Carlton - DFIL Chartered Accountants, 135 Broadway, New Market, Auckland. PH: 523 5117.

There are two signatories to the trust account both of whom do not work for ACE Training and neither has any interest in ACE Training.  This trust account is to protect your fees for the first seven days of the course and in the very unlikely event of the Company going into liquidation or its accreditation removed by NZQA to protect your fees for the duration of the course.  No monies are withdrawn from this account until after seven days after the start of the course.  After the first seven days funds are withdrawn from the trust account monthly in arrears, for the duration of the course.
