AgilePM® Foundation
AgilePM® Foundation is the introduction level of AgilePM® Practitioner. It introduces the DSDM Agile Project Management framework, a pragmatic and repeatable methodology. This course explains how to prepare for and run an agile project, highlighting documentation, techniques, roles and responsibilities recommended within the framework.

AgilePM® Practitioner is all about deepening your expertise and taking the next step after AgilePM® Foundation. This course's objective is to transition learners from understanding the framework to applying it effectively. It is designed for professionals in project-focused environments who want to be agile.

The primary goal is to help you achieve success in the AgilePM® Practitioner qualification. To pass the exam, you’ll need to:
- Understand how to apply a variety of agile practices to a project, for example, workshops, the MoSCoW technique to define project priorities, iterative development and modeling
- Understand how to test, estimate and evaluate profit delivery in an Agile project
- Recall facilitation and support mechanisms within an Agile project
- Understand the agile approach to manage and prioritize requirements
